Payment Processing:
Our website registration now enables quick check-out and payment of registration fees using your Debit Card, Credit Card, or PayPal Account. After completing the online payment, this will be verified by our Accounting Department and release an Official Receipt (OR) within seven (7) working days.
Withholding of Tax:
Withholding of tax is not automatically deducted upon express checkout. These will be reimbursed later.
However, if you wish to pay with the withholding tax already reflected in your billing, please email us at info@rtcospi.com. Billings for these are released within 2-3 business days.
No-Show, Cancellation, and Replacement/Substitution:
Paid tickets are 100% non-refundable, non-transferrable, and cannot be used for future schedules of the same EOS.
Approval of Registrations:
RT&Co. SPI reserves the right to select participants to our learning events and disapprove registrations with potential conflict of interest. In this event, any advance payment made will be refunded.
Workshop Format:
Our EOS sessions are only conducted LIVE. There will be no recordings provided.
Workshop Changes:
RT&Co. SPI reserves the right to amend or cancel its event due to unforeseen circumstances. In this event, all paid tickets will still be valid for the new schedule.
Paid Purchases:
All purchases are final and non-refundable.
Shipping of Books:
All orders WITHIN Metro Manila are only available for self-pick-up at our Makati Office:

All purchases OUTSIDE Metro Manila will be sent via LBC and an additional shipping fee will be shouldered by the buyer. This will be billed separately.
